ITBM3 is for boosting only a few cores specifically when needed, more so than with the default. It's completely 100% unnecessary for everyday life. If you have already overclocked your PC, you only need BIOS settings. Overview Intel® Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 identifies the best performing core to provide increased single-threaded performance." You can add programs that you want to specifically boost higher with ITBM3 to a list that it will prioritize/boost more frequently. I have a whole thread on how about just having it running caused a bunch of issues while gaming, regardless whether or not the game was in the "list". It's really just bloatware and actually caused issues for me because it tries to override any overclock you already have set in the BIOS. I think with the default chip boost say 2 cores would boost to 4.2GHZ, with this program, they'd boost to 4.4GHZ or something. Well that sheds some light on the situation. You need to have the Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 that applies to your processor, or it probably won't boost properly in a default BIOS configuration.Leave it be.Leave it enabled.Don't disable it.Don't uninstall it.If you want to bypass it, disabling 'Multi-Core Enhacement' in the BIOS should probably do it, but there's no real good reason to do that.

It's not going to hurt anything being that it's the Intel 7900X 10-Core Bob16314 Digital_Fuzion I'll just live with it.
